I wanted to share my wonderful experience of the Meditation Program. It was truly amazing! I have noticed a lot of positive changes in myself, such as feeling calmer, being more self-aware, and handling situations with ease and composure, whether they are small issues or big problems. I have found that I can be happy at any moment without needing a reason. In just 6 days, I have seen rapid transformations in myself that I never thought possible. The fruit diet was especially surprising for me, as I never imagined I could eat fruit every day and feel so calm in any situation. I have shifted from reacting impulsively to responding thoughtfully. The Samadhi session was incredible, and I felt so relaxed afterwards. I was able to control my thoughts, which used to be a struggle for me. With continuous practice, I am confident that I can overcome overthinking, negative thoughts, and other challenges.
